Do I have to make a deposit when I book an appointment?

Yes, you have to make a $25 deposit in advance through Zelle, Booksy or Credit Card.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $25 fee.

How long does a service take?

Each service lasts different times, when you book your appointment you'll have to let us know exactly which services you're getting done, so we can calculate how long your visit will take.

Just in case, is there a grace period for me to arrive to my appointment?

Yes, we appreciate for you to be on time but understand if some difficulty rises, you have a 15 min grace period.

After 15 minutes past the start of your appointment, it will be consider a no-show.

What are your business hours?

Monday to Saturday: from 9am to 8pm.

Sundays: from 9am to 5pm.
